Welcome to Tigh Mairi By Coruisk House Hotel, our stone-built holiday cottage on the Isle of Skye, designed in the style of an 1800s croft house yet finished with modern comforts. To reach the cottage, you cross a small stone bridge over the burn, arriving at a quiet retreat with uninterrupted views of the Strathaird peninsula, Glasnakille, Sleat, and across the water to the Isle of Rum.
Tigh Mairi is an ideal base for exploring Skye’s wilderness—whether walking, wildlife watching, or heading out under some of the clearest dark skies in Scotland. It is also a peaceful place to rest and recharge, with the privacy and comfort suited to couples looking for a self-catering stay on Skye.
Inside, traditional features sit alongside practical fittings: a cosy living space, fully equipped kitchen, and a bedroom designed for comfort. The cottage has been created to combine the character of a croft dwelling with the ease of modern living.
